Where to Find Binance Deposit Order Numbers and TXIDs
What Are Order Numbers and TXIDs?
The order number is Binance internal identifier for each deposit. The TXID (Transaction ID) is the unique identifier on the blockchain. Both are typically needed when contacting support. If you do not have an account, sign up for Binance first.
Viewing Deposit History in the App
Go to Wallet or Assets, find Transaction History, and select the Deposits tab. Alternatively, use the deposit page shortcut to Deposit History. Tap any record for full details including TXID with copy and explorer link buttons. We recommend downloading the latest Binance app.
Viewing on the Web
Log in to Binance, click Wallet in the top navigation, select Transaction History, and filter by Deposits. The web version supports exporting records as CSV or Excel.
Using TXID on Blockchain Explorers
Use blockchain.com for BTC, etherscan.io for ETH/ERC20, tronscan.org for TRC20, bscscan.com for BEP20, and solscan.io for SOL. Paste the TXID and search. If the explorer shows success but Binance has not credited, the issue is on Binance side. If it shows failed or unconfirmed, the issue is on-chain.
Cannot Find Deposit Records?
Check you are logged into the correct account. Confirm the source withdrawal has been sent. Verify the deposit address using the TXID on a blockchain explorer. If everything is correct, contact support with your TXID via Binance.
FAQ
What does a TXID look like?
A string of 50-100 digits and letters. Format varies by blockchain but is always unique.
How long are deposit records kept?
Permanently. Binance deposit records never expire or get deleted.
Security Tips
Do not share your TXID publicly. Only contact support through official Binance channels. Anyone privately requesting your TXID claiming to help is likely a scammer. Download the Binance app and handle all deposit issues through official support.
